Getting started

Create a rate template on the Templates tab with your own rates, select it as the active template in Settings, then log flights on the Roster tab — one at a time or by pasting a CSV roster. The Dashboard totals your pay and allowances for each month.

Subscription and free trial

New subscribers get a free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. After the trial the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancel or change plan (iPhone): Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Flight Log Asia.
• Cancel or change plan (Android): Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• New phone or reinstalled the app? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play.

Your data

Your flights, templates and settings are stored only on your device and are not synced to a server. Deleting the app deletes them, so export a backup regularly from Settings → Export Flights (CSV); the file can be imported again on the Roster tab. See the Privacy Policy for details.

About the calculations

All figures are estimates based on the rates you enter yourself. Always check them against your official pay statement. Flight Log Asia is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline.
