Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ODEC Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Flight Log Asia mobile app (“the app”). It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the app.

1. Information stored on your device

Everything you enter into the app — flight records, rosters you import, rate templates, rank and display settings — is saved locally on your device. It is not uploaded to us or to any server operated by us. We cannot access, view or recover it. Roster PDFs you import are read on your device and are not uploaded.

If your device’s own backup service (such as iCloud Backup or Google device backup) is turned on, the operating system may include this app data in your device backup. That is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy terms, not by us.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive your name, email address or payment card details.

To check whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription management service. When the app starts, and when you purchase or restore a subscription, RevenueCat receives:

• a random, anonymous app user ID generated on your device (not linked to your name or email);
• purchase and subscription information from the App Store or Google Play (product, dates, renewal and trial status, transaction identifiers);
• basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, country/region, language and IP address.

This information is used only to provide and verify your subscription and to restore it on a new device. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy for how they process it.

3. What we do not collect

• No account, sign-in, name, email address or phone number is required or collected.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking tools are included in the app.
• No camera, photo library, location, contacts or microphone access.
• We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

4. Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete individual records inside the app at any time. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. Because your data is not stored on our side, we cannot restore it after deletion.

To ask for the subscription records held by RevenueCat for your anonymous user ID to be deleted, contact us (section 7). Your purchase history with Apple or Google is kept by them under their own terms.

5. Children

The app is a professional tool for airline crew and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
